It provides you with a comprehensive set of skills needed by any first aider at work. 3 days of practical, fun and interactive First Aid training. We advise the majority of our corporate clients that they legally do not need this training but rather the Emergency First Aid at Work course however, you should ensure at least one person within your organisation is First Aid at Work trained.

This ensures there is one go to person in case of an incident. One person who is supremely confident in their First Aid abilities. While you always need a minimum of two people within the organisation who are First Aid trained in case of your First Aider falls ill or is off on holiday.

The main difference between the two, apart from the duration, is the amount of detail each respective course covers. The 1 Day Emergency First Aid at Work course is the most basic accredited course we offer at Siren Training and is most suitable for people working in corporate, retail, education and low-risk sports environments.

On the other hand, our 3 Day First Aid course is the most thorough course we have on offer. This course is most suitable for industries functioning in a high-risk environment such as construction, manufacturing, sports and warehousing.
