This course is for trainers who are already delivering or plan to deliver regulated First Aid courses. Those already training will be challenged to develop their pedagogy skills, whilst new trainers will take away ideas and activities to manage learners and cover the FAW syllabus successfully.

Who is a First Aid trainer skills enhancement course for?
This course is for current trainers to learn new skills and new trainers looking to improve their trainer skills. Both sets of trainers will also be brought fully up to date with UKRC guidelines and other medical research.

Course content – First Aid trainer skills enhancement course
The Fire Marshal training course covers the following subjects:
- Personal Presentations Skills
- The current objectives of the UKRC
- Assessing correctly
- Industry standards for delivering regulated qualifications
- Teaching presentation methods
- Subject-specific updates of the UKRC
- Group work/activities
The course ends with a formal summative test which is self-marked once all of the delegates have finished
